Shipping, Handling, Postage and packing.

Shipping And Handling POSTAGE AND PACKING Discrepancies on deliveries must be reported to the FWC within 3 days of receipt or no claims will be accepted. Only sign for the number of parcels received (undamaged).

Orders under 1 kilo where possible will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery with no guarantee delivery date and can take up to 7 working days to get to our customers.  Goods value up to £36.00 would be sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as this service insures up to £36.00 of goods and again this service will take approx 7 working days.  If the order value is more this order will have to be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and Special Delivery does have a next day guarantee with Royal Mail but due to the COVID19 pandemic at the moment no Guarantee is possible during this restricted living. 

Any order from 1 kilo up to 10 Kilos in weight will go via our couriers APC on a next working day delivery and this is only if we have received your order before 1.00 p.m. on the day of dispatch you should then receive your order the next working day but please keep in mind if we receive your order on a Friday your order will be a next working day for Monday and if a Bank Holiday is on a Monday the order will then arrive to you on a next working day Tuesday.  If your order arrives to us after 1.00 p.m. your order will be shipped out the next day and the next working day will apply from the dispatch date.

Please also note that APC do use sub contractor courier to deliver parcels on their behalf in some areas and this will be the choice of APC.  Our APC courier service is cost of £10.25 + v.a.t. up to 10 Kilos if more than 10 kilos we have to charge for the extra weight.  

ORDERS WITH GOODS VALUE OF £200.00 Excluding VAT and post and packing WILL BE CARRIAGE FREE This offer does not include Regions of Scotland and Overseas (Jersey, Isle of Wight,, Isle of Man , Northern Ireland, Highlands etc.,). Although at the time of quoting, we may agree a discount.N.B. The free carriage offer does not extend to liquids, poles, cones and heavy duty signs, additionally, any pole over 2.5Metres will incure a handling charge of £15.00 in addition to the £10.25 quoted above. 

Important if you require your parcel to be left without a signature for example 'please leave in shed if not in' we must stress that when the couriers have done as per your instruction and the parcel then goes missing this parcel is not insured, this is because we have no signature. So the goods could not be re-sent without you placeing and paying for the order again.Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

SHIPPING COST

A £10.25 next day APC carrier service is offered for orders received by 1.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday NOTE Orders received after 1.00 p.m. will be dispatched the following day on a 24 hour service & on Friday’s by 1.00 p.m. a 72 hour service, however if there is a Bank holiday on the Monday following the Friday you order you order will take 96 hour service. Saturday , Sunday & Bank Holidays are not counted as working day deliveries.

NOTE Regions of Scotland and Overseas (Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland , etc) please telephone for a delivery quote—although regretfully we are unable to offer a 24 hour service for these areas.

Try not to delay your order when you send this to us as there will be a delay in sending your order out if you are not a Member of the FWC but you pay via the FWC Members only SAGEPAY porthole.  This will delay your order being shipped out because None Members of the FWC will have to be contact for a further card payment as None Members prices are 20% more expensive than FWC Members prices and this process does delay your order.  In some cases the extra we need to charge for the goods can come out of the amount of postage paid if the goods are light enough to go via Royal Mail but the delay will be on the no guarantee delivery due to you paying incorrectly this reduction of postage eliminates you paying extra if we can do this we will always try so you dont have to pay more but this also may not be possible.

The prices listed below are the minimum we would charge and depending on the weight of the order and some restrictions our couriers have in certain areas the postage charges below may increase and this would be for the four listed prices.
